This hotel was really centrally located and the personnel from the reception were there at every hrs. The beds ended up cozy and the other guests had been typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Very wonderful hotel and excellent location. I Certainly recommend Urartu Hotel!

The beds were comfy and the other guests have been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end.
